When I got into the game my character appearance changed from what I had created. Video Here on Reddit So I logged in after a few days, noticed a new update came out March 27,2023 On April,1st 2023 i came to play a few hunts and Loaded into my world from Load Game noticed it said Chapter 0. I have attempted to attach a zipped file of my PLAYSAVEDDATA but go figure that file type is not accepted here.on a support thread. Me and my friends are ready to throw in the towel, do you care enough to save 3 customers? Or ride and support the wave of critisim that is attached with EA. This is the last attempt of reaching out for help. The lack of customer service and greed here is unreal. I spent $90 on this game with the bundle and have gotten 0 support or even a RESPONSE from you guys. Yes, I have combed the internet for solutions and am aware you can revert my save if i give you my logs (which I have already done). I can deal with bugs and performance issues (which this game currently has) however loss of progression is the worst of all evils. In short I have lost over 12 hours of progression in the game. Getting a cloud sync save error when I launch the game and both options are miles away from the actual save. Let me start off by saying that this is the 3rd attempt to contact EA and will be the 9th day in total waiting for a response.
